The Reflection of Life
INTRODUCTION
Our life is like a mirror; it will only take you to different dimensions to understand the reflection of the world. You can’t build without creating what to build. An architect drew a diagram of a structure that he would build to the satisfaction of the builder. He therefore gives everything to make sure he pleases his clients. Before making a decision to take the contract, he has made up his mind to accept whatever comes from it, by which they must never be at fault while in the process of the journey till he reaches the completion point of his project. The plan is for him to guide him through his mission; every possibility driven through is to its best impact and knowledge, thereby exposing him to more opportunities. If by the end of the day he finalizes the client’s work, he gets approved and paid for his good work, ironically facilitating him with greater connections that can make him achieve whatever he wants. The passion he put in to make the work diligently led to success with so much value to himself and everyone else.
Every man will give an account of his life, whether good or bad. As far as you live a life seen or not seen, everything will be accounted for someday; believe me!! The rich have everything yet no value, but the day he dies, everything dies with him: your money, cars, houses, jets, clothes, food, etc. Nothing will be buried with you... My dear, everything you have owned and worked for will be earned by another, so why are we killing ourselves fighting for what is not ours? Things we came to meet and things will leave us all some day, but remember with all this there’s only one thing you can leave behind that will remain forever, and that’s a good name and the value you have added to the world.
The reflection of your mind tells how much good you have done for people. Do you contribute to the growth of people? Do you feel and think about the well-being of others? Making others feel good is the ultimate sacrifice of mankind, and if you live a wealthy life because you were opportune, it doesn’t mean you are any better than others … But you should take it as a privilege that was given to you by God; therefore, respect that and live to understand that he who gives can as well seize it from you.
Stop intimidating people with your ignorance because you are wealthy enough; wealth can’t be proved the day death will come. Reflect on yourself and see yourself as a mirror that can be broken any day, and if life is taken out, no pride, fame, or money can stop it.
The poor are not your enemies nor your slaves but are your heroes. God brought the poor to serve you with their skills. The rich and the poor should know that we need each other to make a life, so stop trying to make the poor look less because they are being robbed by their services and no integrity has been restored to them because they are servants. You might have money and everything, but you can’t serve yourself. That is why the poor have the skills to make you do what you can’t afford, so humble yourself because if that life is taken out from you, you are as empty as a vessel, and that poor man becomes greater than you. Stop oppressing others and learn to love without any sacrifices because God has paid the sacrifice already, so the only thing you can give is love that is not sold for money, which you can’t offer.
Destructive ways of one’s reflections
1: Selfish Conception—A lot of people show up as if they are superior to others; they give the belief that they can make other people feel less and inferior, and with this way of life, it can lead to so much harm and difficulty in making people happy and successful. Having a selfish conception can cause difficulties in making others feel happy, which can lead to depression and lots more anxiety because you make them feel little, so reflect on your life and do good that will cost you nothing so your values can be a message to people.
2: Pollution of the mind—one who has negative thoughts or effects about people they hardly cares for, thereby making them cause a lot of damage and bad energy to the society, which can lead to segregation and violence against people.
3: Deception of selfish desires—this set of individuals is rationalized with a lot of selfish decisions, claiming to be impacting and acting in the best interests of others. Just to make a name, a very deceptive and arrogant set of individuals. With this attitude, nobody can bring meaningful change or value to the world.
4: Unrecognized syndromes—having signs that are affecting you negatively but yet can’t specify how to deal effectively with it. A lot of people have this problem; they don’t care or feel for anyone, but their aim is to solve what only concerns them but can’t solve any problem. You must understand what your problematic syndromes are when making an irrational decision that can’t benefit others or contribute to the future.
5: Distortion of unreal pursuit—this behavior occurs when you can’t understand the actual consequences of what they are doing because they feel nobody will contend with them based on the power they hold; they can’t give an explanation of how they managed the position given to them; rather, they give a fake report of what happened. No task was to be taken at the office they occupied, thereby misleading a lot of people to pursue what’s not real, disregarding any principles that bind the society .
7: Mask of ruthless manners—some ruthless people believe that having a cruel attitude can implement and maintain law, not knowing it can destroy so much, especially when you treat other people as animals; you end up suffering and killing everyone without tolerating or understanding their opinions. That is not compassionate. generating fake personalities that are not real results and carrying a mask that is harmful and dangerous, which can make the society even worse.
8: Pride and Prejudice—Pride is what kills a lot of people because they feel they have made money, so they don’t care about others; they create chances of winning by tormenting others and taking the truth from them. Living a biased life that has killed thousands of innocent lives, taking other men’s rights, stealing people’s wives, and stealing government assets. committing crimes based on the fact that nobody will come after you just because you have a little money and power. Humble your beginnings and disregard pride and prejudice, and reflect on your life in a mirror to see the value you have added to the world, then your end will be edified.
9: Inaccessibility and Corruption—Corruption has been the biggest patronizing factor we have in the world today because everyone is competing to make a life, thereby creating an unstructured system that nobody will benefit from but only themselves. E.g., political corruption, pledges to things they can’t afford after promising the masses, Government Ministries—high-profile corruption is the most common thing now in government ministries; to allocate jobs to youths is a problem; to ensure power supply is adequate is a problem based on how much money is spent, but yet we still suffer from it with our own money; infrastructure services are very poor; there are no good roads to help maintain the people's well-being; education is the worst problem. our children can’t get a decentralized educational system that will boost their learning, The economy problem is one of the worst issues scaling back in our country, with no welfare reform system to save how the poor cope and the way they live. We turn beggars of our own money and kill ourselves by ourselves. total disaster in Nigeria, lack of healthcare services—no good hospitals to help the people, the military is even the worst; when they are to be the body of security and safety of the citizens, rather they are threats to the people, corruption is now rampant everywhere for benefits. I can’t imagine a good government to bring effective and deliver good services to the people. I ask, at the end of everything, what’s the evidence to prove??
10: Destructive disorientation—destructive behavior is also one crisis that can affect one’s reflections of life because you no longer feel what’s good but instead behave in a destructive manner that can cause harm to people around you. Destructive disorientation can lead to death because it implies actions that can cause harm or death, and that is the issue: anyone who is lacking proper understanding of living a good lifestyle will be affecting others and feels they are doing good, but they don’t know that they are intoxicated by their own selfish behavior. Reflect on your life and choose the actions that won’t be a destructive disorientation to yourself and others around you so the world will celebrate your value and happiness even if you don’t exist anymore.
Summary
One day you will have the reflection of everything you have done with your life, and you will give a passive record of how well you lived. The most common thing that makes a man change is greed!!!!!!!!!!
