Don’t push into what you can’t do if you are not ready to accomplish why you are called a leader, because you no longer work for yourself but for the betterment and happiness of your subjects. Accepting your fate is when you believe and become a giant of a carefree life and make what is right to help people.
Chief Bassey Obeteng was a good man with wisdom but not educated; because of his way of life in the community, everyone loves him despite not being educated. He loves his community with so much respect and high standards, thereby making all possible sacrifices to make everything better. People meet him for counseling, consultations, and advice and to talk more about the history and culture of the land, a man with few words, diligent and fearless because he lives by the truth, and his reputation crowns him with so much glory in the land.
There was chaos in the land on who was to be the king and judge over the people, but the people were ready to choose Chief Bassey; on the other hand, some of the elders were not in support of the selection based on the fact that he was not educated and exposed to rule over the land. This brought a lot of tension and conflict to choose who was to be the leader. The people were right about Chief Bassey, but the elders kicked over it and made a declaration contest for everyone to vote for. Chief Bassey was not in support of becoming a king either, so their objections fizzled up to him as a king was not a problem. So the sons of the land came out to contest for the kingship; the educated, the rich, and the influential men all decided to contest for the position of the king until the day for the election was announced, which made all the candidates prepared to meet the requirements to qualify for the position.
But a circuit plan vote was drawn for anyone who could be eligible for the nomination after the election. The code for leadership is not for everyone but is very simple and clear, and only the wise understand what it takes to be a leader.
“Underestimating the power of leadership can be difficult to achieve without having a strong foundation for a succeeding leader. They underestimated Chief Bassey because he’s not educated and influential, but he has what any of the candidates couldn’t afford—that’s ‘wisdom.’ Possible measures must be used to ensure the future of the land because it’s very vital and must be secured in all aspects. In as much as everything was put in place, Chief Bassey was never worried about the throne, and that never made him change who he is.
They set the stage and everything that was going to be used for the contest, and the whole community gathered together to watch while they cast their votes. They called out all the candidates to march forward for neutral context before they could be voted on, none of whom was able to get it done. It was a clear but challenging victory that only men with wisdom could be able to achieve, but the takes weren’t easy.
It must be emphasized without being biased and must be a fair judgment. The four contestants weren’t able to compete in the neutral context given to them, with their level of education and influence; none was confident enough to justify the inclusion, and the competition was fierce to nominate Chief Bassey, who gave a fair share of judgment without being inclined, became the winner, and was chosen as the right candidate for the throne. The competition was simple but intense and complex, which all the elders were mute but happy that indeed wisdom is not by education and influence and that can be applied only to whom God has destined. The community was amazed and honored Chief Bassey as the appointed king of Idomi community in Cross River State. He ruled with love, peace, and integrity that brought a lot of happiness and social impact to the land, and everyone far and near heard and brought development to Idomi community that is now a talk of the town……

A leader visualizes his details by using techniques that can strive forwards, if necessary, options that are not available to strategize growth and development, whereby carrying his followers along with complete control and coordination throughout his leadership process, and that alone will increase adequate welfare and supply systems that will provide and generate sufficient support to every member of the society.
Summary
A leader speaks less and listens more intensely to judge without fear and not be biased towards any judgment given to him, irrespective of who is involved; it is a duty and obligation you must possess whether you are involved with any family member or friend. Being a leader shows the potential and strength you have as a parent to face any obstacles and embrace good opportunities and relationships that can implement orderliness. You no longer live on your own as a leader, but you live to protect so many lives depending on your ability. “Every child is given a birth name the day he is born, just as a leader is given a womb to feed on the day he gets appointed to lead.” Don’t dictate things that are only relevant to you, but cast down those things that trimmed your subordinate for survival because when that happens, you automatically become the issue that should be forgotten without giving a chance of defeat.
