The Path to Inner Peace
INTRODUCTION
Peace is the only vulnerable way that seems right unto a man in his existence, and when peace is applied in whatever you are doing, everything justifies perfectly without struggles.
No matter what you have accomplished in life, without inner peace, you are still lacking a whole lot!!
You must embrace peace to be able to live a fulfilling life; let go of the chaos that you have compiled in your heart and freely associate with what brings you joy and pleasure so your inner mind can be safe.
Peace is the most important thing in our daily existence because no matter how strong, wealthy and powerful you might be, without inner peace, your existence will be like a burning fire that breaks and ravages down the earth with just a twinge.
Eze Ayala, popularly called, is a wealthy young businessman whose dream is to build wealth and prosperity. His personal aim and desires weren’t fulfilled until he saw the world yield to his name. He worked so hard, though, but wasn’t patient enough to wait for God, so he decided to take a shortcut to acquire wealth, which in return brought a lot of pain and discomfort to him. Eight years ago, Eze Ayala met Odikah, the native herbalist whose mission is to kill humans for his evil deeds. When Eze Ayala came to his shrine for wealth, he performed some rituals and made him take an oath that will bind Oduka and him, the god he worships, and thereafter he will have the riches he wishes, and that was exactly how it happened. He got everything he ever wanted and became as rich as ever, but then he wasn’t happy because the exchange of wealth from Oduka, the god, was his blood; he will bleed for 8 years, after which he will die. ‘’How on earth will I bleed as a man? Oduka, don’t you have another condition except this one? And prior to the bleeding, I will only live for eight years. Please, what’s the essence of the wealth when I have only eight years to live?’’ Eze pleaded for another option, but there was nothing to be done, so he left and became so rich that he built a whole lot of houses, companies and empires, which made him powerful and famous in the world, but one thing was missing in his life, which was inner peace. Despite the fact that Eze Ayala had everything, inner peace was missing in his life; he had the money, yet he couldn’t enjoy it, and his life became a mirror he could see himself through. His exchange for wealth brought so much pain and suffering, but yet he couldn’t do anything to save his soul because he dined and ate with the devil, so he exchanged his happiness to gain wealth.
People talk about him because he succeeded in making a name for himself, which has become the norm for many to know the source of his success. A lot of people come to him for help and want to spend money like he does, but they never understood that the biggest mistake in life is selling your happiness for an exchange of material gain!! If he had the power to wind the time back, he couldn’t have preferred to remain poor and have peace rather than gain the whole world and lose his inner peace of life. ‘Life indeed is cruel; the more I tried to understand the benefits of life, the more it drove me to the mystery of impending doom.’ His words echoed through his mind everyday and tears streamed down his cheeks as he walked through his bedroom slowly, trudging without any hope of a better tomorrow. Eze Ayala took a decision and dreaded being on the wrong path; he has found himself solutions to his problems but to no avail – no wife, no children, no happiness – but yet he has money to settle all, and he wears pampers every day like a baby. The world became unsafe and unbearable for him, and countless times he wanted to commit suicide, but due to the help of his domestic worker Adika, who saved him. On his 48th birthday, Eze Ayala died; no legacy succeeded him, and everything he had was sold and enjoyed by his brothers.

Inner peace is not a gift but something to work to keep or make to happen, so loving yourself makes you accept the strength that comes with it and recognise your inner worth with love and kindness; hence, it’s a good way of living for the future of your happiness.
Self-maintenance: make it a necessity to take care of yourself mentally, psychologically, physically and emotionally, thereby improving your way of relaxation of the mind while maintaining a healthy balance and positive self-care in order to keep self-health and worth living for. Thrill yourself with some more pleasant, balanced healthcare meals, and enjoy every bit of your time!! Create a walk-around trolling and enjoy chatting with friends that can generate inner satisfaction and happiness.
Visit locations that remind you of your best memories: having a hard time finding inner peace, you must build recognition that reminds you of the favourite places that bring good memories to ease your stress and anxiety. Cool off your head by spending time in good places that bring positive memories; spend quality time in the city, town, etc or go to movie shows, zoos, beaches or wherever you find peace and harmony. A well-quiet atmospheric place that makes you smile is very important. You should visit and spend time by yourself, or if you are financially capable, you should go for a vacation where you feel the nature; it can bring inner peace.
Connect with friends: meeting new friends helps in getting more fun and exploring around. To have inner peace, you must connect and make new friends that can make you explore around, make you learn new things, play games together, eat more food together, and spend time together. Sometimes take yourself to karaoke parties, clubs, lounges, etc., and have some drinks together. If possible, share thoughts and ideas together, which would help with your life goals and impact on daily activities and support programmes that can build relationships. With this, it can bring inner strength and happiness.
Accept gratitude: if you must be happy, you must be satisfied with whatever you have achieved and with the little you have. Appreciation is a sign that you acknowledge what you have and accept that you want more. Table your gratitude down in a diary; this is what I have that brings joy and happiness to me, thereby making it a pronouncement of good fortune to acquire more. Appreciate people that have supported you in one way or the other and value that smile, good meal and nice dress that you look at that brought that unique picture of you. With this, you can have inner peace.
Get rid of the past: some people are in the present, but yet they are still hanging on to their past; they don’t cut themselves off from their past experiences, which has made them still be stuck in their past life and become slaves to themselves. You must let go of your past and embrace the future. Believe in your present and future by giving yourself a relaxation of being a sweet, loving and generous person that can make everything possible in just a blink of an eye. Think of those moments that are precious and special that can change the future if the present moments are coordinated with proper positive intentions. With this, you will be stronger to let inner peace envelop your mind.

Inner peace is not something you search for externally; rather, it’s something you genuinely generate by accepting your thoughts, feelings and emotions, whereby living in the present moment that evaluates your potential and qualities that nurture one’s wellbeing. Focus on the necessity and adopt the practices that express gratitude and compassion for others. You have shown love by becoming more aware of the values that you share that can implement a quality balance.

The ability to maintain a state of mind and calmness while simultaneously managing a task that requires a lot of effort and time stress is inner peace. Reacting in a negative way towards others when work is piled up and stress without knowing what to do and being unable to manage it properly is not a good way to find inner peace, meaning you feel control of your emotions no matter the stress and circumstances you might be experiencing, but you walk it through perfectly without impulsively or letting anxiety take over, but you attend to the situation calmly and objectively.
