Abuse has become a major concern among so many young people today with diverse stories on how they are being treated by their bosses, colleagues, and friends who tried to take advantage of them, and it has become a topic that needs to be looked into. In as much as I hate to say this, you don’t let anyone threaten you because they are occupying a position you can’t speak or defend yourself in; no matter what, speak out, and someone will hear you to defend you!!
You don’t allow people to bully you by taking intimacy without your consent; fight with all the strength you’ve got and defend yourself against abuse. You might not be able to handle the situation, but don’t worry, I will explain how to deal with your fear and fight against bullying.
Some bosses, or should I call them employers, derive that feeling of seducing and intimidating their employees to have carnal knowledge of them, which some of them live as a shackle of themselves, and when you refuse to accept their proposal, they bend on frustrating you in the office, making you sell your self-esteem and pride unless you accept their sexual harassment. You don’t get your ego ride you so high because you feel you are a boss and can do whatever pleases you. Pleasure should be earned by personal desires for both partners, not threating them and forcefully taking advantage of their silence because you think they won’t do anything. You don’t offer a job based on personal feelings, but let it be given based on professionalism and equity, and so they must be treated with respect and dignity and selfless kindness because they give their services and commitment to make that work happen.
In the field of business, pleasure shouldn’t be mixed, creating an organization that alone should envelop you, that discipline is the principal goal, and everyone’s responsibility should be taken seriously and adequately when work is concerned. As a boss or employer, you must set and evaluate the value of your business and hire professional, patriotic workers that can distinguish your core value and quality job engagements to the company from running after your female employees or colleagues for sexual assault. It’s a bad habit that should be avoided and condemned, perhaps jailed, because they make a lot of girls sell their pride and are left with nothing, just because they feel they can menace them with their jobs and make them uncomfortable unless they fall for their sexual preferences.
The shackles of abuse have been a worsening escalating control happening in people’s lives, homes, schools, businesses, and communities and have put so many young people in a dilemma that can’t be ignored, which has cut off young lives because we failed to take chances that can uplift us from the shackles of the worst fear.
You don’t let your fear kill you when you know what to do but relent efforts in trying or giving a chance, even if it will cost a decade. Accept it, explain it, and then solve it, and you will see results and your freedom from those shackles you are facing.

Emotional Abuse—insulting and abusive harassment is an extremely dangerous kind of abuse that can completely damage and ruin a person’s life, because you make them feel less of themselves and take away so much value of confidence in them, and sometimes a lot of people are apparently abused get hurt with scandalous comments and actions towards them, and if the need arises, some of them commit suicide out of frustration…… You must abolish the effects of emotional abuse and entertain love and compassion no matter what you have achieved. Treat people with respect and value their feelings. The height you have attained is just an opportunity that God gave you to help, so your words of encouragement matter so much and can contribute to the growth of people.
Sexual Abuse—This shackle brings lots of girls to doom by their employers, lecturers, teachers, etc., forcefully taking their pride and dignity from them, thereby making them shackles of slaves. Teenage girls are being molested, used, and bullied, which has caused problems in their health issues, and the perpetrators go free without any punishment. Men in the form of animals derive joy in oppressing young girls for their selfish desires… … you must understand the consequences of violating one’s rights, making them scared and angry about their rights.
Parental Abuse—Some parents lack conduct and tolerance, which allows their children to engage in shackles of manual labor, and some even sell their bodies just to feed the family. They engage in hawking businesses where children are supposed to be in school but rather prevent them from studying, using them for one business or the other in the name of bringing food to the house. Parents who engage in this activity lack discipline and good conduct, and that’s why we have so many young girls in the prostitution business and other illegal practices in the society because we cannot discriminate evil and discipline our children. Provide for your children and give them a sound education that can help better their lives rather than engaging them in sexual business. Parents should be guidance and supporters not bad influences to young ones.
Relationship Abuse—Don’t condone any form of abuse because you feel you don’t want to hurt your spouse emotionally or don’t want to leave your marriage when the relationship is toxic; preventing excuses can kill you if you don’t speak out when your partner is treating you like a piece of trash and abusing you at every given opportunity. You should stand and fight your fear by communicating to someone and report him to the government authorities for proper persecution because I feel that any man who intentionally or not doesn’t have a right to lay a hand on a woman, let alone beat her as a punching bag. Any man involved in this act is an animal and should be taken to the zoo. Respect brings love, and if you love your partner, you will never be involved in abusive behavior or anything that will hurt her.

You don’t build a world filled with evil to terrorize other people because of your selfish ambitions. Abuse has destroyed a lot of people and their reputations and should be avoided by all means and due; caused mental issues and uncommon diseases that have cost so many lives. Abuse of any kind should be dealt with and reported to the government enforcement law for proper persecution, so never be involved in any abuse because it brings shackles of unending pain and agony and can destroy you emotionally, psychologically, and mentally, thereby affecting your physical health. Employers, lecturers, guardians, influential bosses, parents, and colleagues who deprive others of their joy just because nobody can challenge and compete with you because you feel you have money, stop invading and intimidating young women and children, and say no to shackles of abuse.
