RESHAPE: to transform something old to a new one by making it look presentable and beautiful, and it must be applied to your taste. giving a necessary change that can be appealed to you, how well you like and cherish it! more than ‘anything,’ and that is how I define ‘RESHAPED to bring an intensive inner layer to a restorative program.
JUDGMENT: giving a conclusion of a matter, project, or topic. the final decision of a chapter that has undergone some recording. analyzing, investigating, reviewing, evaluating, and interpreting information based on how suitable it might become either in originality or fabricated method.
A young girl named Agatha was robbed from a POS attendant in 2022 when she received a call from an unknown caller who happened to be a Yahoo boy that he wanted to send money to her. Out of curiosity and excitement, Agatha wasn’t paying attention to ask him questions on why he wanted to send her money. Which made the caller ask Agatha to go meet a POS attendant that will deliver the money to her via transfer, and when he gets there, she should give the phone to the POS attendant, and he will send money to the person, then later collect it from there, reaching there.
Agatha gave her phone to the POS attendant as instructed by the caller, so Agatha handed the phone to the POS attendant, and before she knew what was happening, the POS attendant had transferred 240,000.00 (two hundred forty thousand naira) to the caller without asking Agatha, who brought the phone to her, if she wanted to do any monetary transaction or not. ”Some people can’t be sensitive enough to dictate trouble sometimes, sha!! After everything, she handed the phone to Agatha, demanding her to pay the 240,000 she transferred to the caller, and the caller told her that she came with money to pay her at the end of the transaction.
Agatha was confused; she, who came to get money, later found out that she was scammed and couldn’t do anything but cry there. “Who on earth will believe whatever she said?” Before she knew it, people came out from different places; nobody could listen or believe her. They almost leashed her alive because everyone thinks she’s a bad person and also an agent they use to defraud people’s money. Some people that believed her have to call some policemen who were close by, and they took them to police stations for proper statements. Later on, the police department, who were supposed to investigate and prosecute the fraudster who did that, but ‘No,’ they blamed the innocent girl who felt a victim of circumstance and was detained for nothing. The next day the owner of the POS stand came and asked for his money to be paid fully before they could release the Agatha.
The police department failed to provide the corporate even when the account of the receiver was shown, which made it easier to trace the thief, but nothing was done because Agatha had no one to speak and defend her for nothing; she knew nothing of it. They forced and lured her to pay the money in full before she could leave the station. Reshaping of judgment was not done on her case because of the corrupt legal system. The only evidence she had on the phone was the recording between her and the caller, and that alone could have vindicated her, but the police department refused to listen to it, that it was all connected. Her rights were taken away from her and she wasn’t proven innocent even after she paid the money to the police department. They judge and condemn her out of nothing.
But yet still couldn’t retrieve her money or get the perpetrator behind bars. The reshaping of judgment wasn’t done on Agatha because of corrupt government.
The reshaping of judgment is a natural human understanding response that determines the freedom and fairness of one’s interest and curiosity about life in which you give a quick and accurate resolution to an issue.
You don’t judge based on sentiment or rather hatred! You must not give a deliberate judgment because you want the other to feel hurt or to feel safe. This is something that shouldn’t be allowed in human theory.
A lot of people don’t do what they opt to do at the right time because of their selfish interests. Like the case of ‘Agatha’ You give biases baseless judgement out of assumptions because you are occupying certain positions in the arm of government,political,Religious etc without any regrets if you are doing the right or wrong. Why do some people give judgment because they want a name or ambition, or rather ‘money’ to facilitate their own personal development but don’t care who gets hurt at the end or not?
CRITICAL WAYS TO MISUSE JUDGMENT
Imposing one’s opinion—the area of selfishness can trigger one in imposing false judgment without setting who is involved or not and then set a systemic reproach that will generate false judgment in which some cases might not even be solved but dismissed. Presenting an issue that is deliberately critical ought to have been examined carefully before adjoining it for a well-deserved review or for better understanding or results that alone can help fasten its agenda.
Imposition of power—this is the aspect of letting power sort itself through, without clear evidence or proper clarification, perhaps enhancing inadequate information that would otherwise be considered and reasoned by prodding people into thinking and guessing without a proper understanding that will make its own decisions. don’t use power to impose judgement because you control some certainty at that moment,there are a lot of people who misused power just because they are opportune to be legally informed by duty of judgment so they treat an unfair judgment that can ruined one’s life and reputation but yet they don’t care how much they hurt the psychological mind and values of people.
Monetary judgment: This aspect is talking about the fraudulent people who gained access to monetizing behavior of accomplishing their objectives of making and acquiring money so as to prevent them from giving a clear and effective judgment that can guarantee the safety of the innocent people! thereby avoiding any tendency that can help in investigating and protecting the ‘victims’ from harm but ‘No’ they have been bought and held repeatedly in doing what’s wrong just as to prevent any further damage by the perpetrators,public authorities police,government officials and other agencies that could have prevented this crime from occurring but instead they are held accountable for falsely reporting crimes whereby the victims get killed and sentenced to death without any proper judgement to vindicate them but instead the culprits go unpunished legally without punishment and continuously keep digging evil that should have been stopped but rather increasing day by day and ventured by our government and political leaders.
FOUR WAYS THAT JUDGMENT CAN BE RESHAPED
1. Valid Reasons: Every reshaping judgment must be given well-structured and valid information that can be gathered as evidence to be clear. You must not be biased against the right judgment and should always be considered as accurate and reliable for proper examination.
2. Proper evaluation: given details that can help facilitate the best outcome without being rushed to give results. When enough facts are not presented for a case study, there’s no way a case can be presented just so to justify a well-examined evaluation. The case should be conducted by a team of experts to make it an analytical approach that can be aimed to make it a better objective for good outcomes.
3. Fair witness: Before a fair judgment can be obtained, fair witnesses should be given a chance to prove their validity, that they witnessed what happened at the crime scene. That alone can help a long way towards justice against crime. Give ear to eyewitnesses who were present on the date of the crimes, and if the driving suspect is to help maintain a well-balanced conclusion, then strike a reasonable, logical drawing to make it possible for better judgment.
5. Good governance: Good governance can contribute immensely by providing a well-trained and effective team that can fight every corruption in a case whereby justice can prevail rather than bribing legal authorities to protect perps that can ruin so many innocent lives. Before power can be exhibited, we should learn to maintain good governance integrity! It sort of can help a whole lot by guiding the public who believes in the law and thinks they can’t be trusted by tuning to the law. So governments can relate generally, especially to the rule of law, by making sure that whoever offends the laws should face it without being bribed by agents.
6. Complex systems: when judging a case, highlighting a well-trained judiciary team to investigate, conduct, and prosecute without personal involvement or family differences. they should be considered automatic ()so as to do it professionally without any interference from any government or judicial authorities to withheld any information that will bring justice against a crime.
